Why Breeding is Bad
Did you know that over 1000 rabbits are abandoned in Singapore every year?

The House Rabbit Society exists because many unwanted rabbits are dumped and euthanised at animal shelters every single day of the year. Many more are abandoned to die in parks, HDB void decks and even car parks.

So why don't you adopt a rabbit instead of buying one from a breeder or a pet store? When you adopt a rabbit from HRSS, you are actually helping two bunnies - the one you take home, and the one that takes the newly opened space at the shelter.
